THE FIELD TRIP
Let us do the driving in a comfortable passenger bus with wifi, air conditioning and a bathroom! We’ll stop at That Dutchman’s Cheese Farm where you can peruse the gift shop, and walk the Animal & Nature Park trail with an included pass and free tokens to feed the animals. Next we’ll stop across the water from the Parrsboro Lighthouse, where you can purchase lunch at the Harbour View Restaurant, or have your own picnic lunch along the shore before taking in the matinee performance of Still Dancing. After the show we'll have an exclusive post-show chat with some of the artists involved before we make one last stop at the Masstown Market on the way home, where you can purchase an ice cream or snack.

THE SHOW
STILL DANCING
Frank and Ellen have been married for over forty years, and they love to have a good time, party, and cut a rug at the local legion. Unfortunately, their fun-loving lifestyle is beginning to catch up to them as Ellen battles the effects of progressive MS. When their daughter Allyson comes home to help out, buried resentments get unearthed and the family must face some difficult truths about the past and the future. A poignant and humorous look at family dynamics and aging, Still Dancing is a heartfelt celebration of life and what it means to care for those we love.
"Still Dancing will resonate with anyone who has cared for a loved one or has been cared for by a loved one. It’s a play for anyone who loves their family even when they drive them up the wall."
- Laura Vingoe-Cram, Artistic Director of Ship's Company Theatre
