Eastern Front Theatre’s Jeremy Webb will soon be announcing his SECOND lineup as Artistic Producer of EFT. Eastern Front’s 25th season will include plays from TWO Atlantic Canadian playwrights and the return of the Stages Theatre Festival, showcasing a cross-section of Atlantic Canada’s most exciting theatre artists and companies.
“Eastern Front Theatre will bring stories from Nova Scotia’s past to life, through the imagination of two talented Atlantic Canadian artists,” said Webb.
“It will be a season that continues our tradition of producing plays about Atlantic Canada by Atlantic Canadian artists. Not only that, but it’s a season full of collaboration and promise. ”
“Both of these plays will inspire our audience with homegrown tales of struggle and perseverance. It’s a season I’m exceptionally proud of and eager to share with our audience.”
As one of our plays in 2017-18 is a co-production with another company, we will be announcing the line up in April 2017. Watch this space for news.
